My journey has taught me that growth isn’t just about achieving results. It’s about learning to stay with the process. Life’s ups and downs are humbling, but you were never meant to ride them alone.
My work is dedicated to helping you uncover and embrace your inner strengths in life, work, and relationships. In our sessions, I’ll support you in finding the answers that are right for you. You carry more wisdom than you realize, and part of my role is helping you discover it.
My passion is guiding you toward a balanced and fulfilling life through a blend of empathetic therapy and practical, sustainable strategies.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience supporting clients from childhood through adulthood. My work has helped many people embrace their life stories, build resilience, and grow in character.
For more than 10 years, I’ve also served as a youth pastor and mentor. In every role, I’ve taken a relationship-driven approach, grounded and holistic. Whether you’re struggling to stand or reaching for something new, I’ll meet you with kindness and clarity.
My work is informed by advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), both of which support deep healing through the nervous system and relational connection. I also integrate an attachment-focused lens and draw from principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients connect with their inner parts, make sense of their experiences, and move toward greater wholeness.
MY BACKGROUND
During a season of burnout, I found myself searching for what was next. I had worked in retail and spent years mentoring students in ministry, a role I valued but eventually grew exhausted in.
At the time, my sister was battling cancer. I shared my uncertainty with her about changing paths, unsure if it was the right time. She encouraged me to move forward and not hold myself back. The next day, I applied to Denver Seminary and began my journey to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. That moment still anchors me today.
Photography is a hobby I love which allows me to appreciate the world's beauty.
I like games of all kinds: board, card, video and sports. I am a former beer league ice hockey champion who understands what it takes to reach the peak.
I am proud dog dad of my golden retriever, Theo. He brings so much delight and joy to the world!
I love styling dried flowers, they're used as decor throughout my house.
I was a vegetarian for 12 years, and am now a proud vegan!
I'm fascinated by light, and love capturing the way the shadows dance across blank spaces.
